The Design

Sterling silver wire is hand-coiled into hoop forms, then wrapped with delicate sterling silver chain to create the sculptural base of these earrings. Along the lower edges, faceted rainbow moonstone briolettes are mounted in clusters alongside keishi pearls and rice pearls — each chosen for their luminous quality and strong blue flash.

Sterling silver ball headpins secure the rondelles and keishi pearls, while wire-wrapped moonstone rondelles travel up the sides of the hoops, adding glimmer at every angle. Centering the earrings — both top and bottom — are large rainbow moonstone briolettes measuring 11mm x 8mm, selected for their exceptional blue flash. A final cluster of keishi pearls and moonstones crowns each drop for a lush, layered finish.
