ATTENTION: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

DUTIES, VAT and TAXES: All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.

The BUYER is responsible for all duties and taxes charged by their government and for ascertaining what these fees might be PRIOR to purchasing an item from my shop.

Any purchase from my shop assumes responsibility for and agreeing to pay any such fees incurred by your government and is not reason for refusing a package.

I cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office before purchasing.

REFUND POLICY

Returns
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and let me know. I will do my best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, please contact me within 3 days of delivery receipt for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt, in unworn condition, in original boxing, and must be sent with tracking information. Insurance is suggested, as we cannot refund an item we do not receive. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you need more time than 3 days, please contact me before purchase, and we will work it out.

Kindly notify me of the tracking information for the package, so I can watch for it. If these conditions are met, you will receive a refund, less shipping costs. Packages without the correct RMA registration number will be returned to you.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Gift cards are not returnable. Custom orders are not returnable nor refundable, but I will do everything to work out a satisfactory resolution to all problems on an individual basis. I want your experience to be a 100% positive one.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at doolittlejewelry@aol.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange it for another item, please send us an email at doolittlejewelry@aol.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
